Studio Policies

At Movement Synergy Allied Health, we are committed to creating a welcoming, professional, and respectful environment for all clients. These policies ensure a smooth experience for everyone attending our sessions. By booking a class or session, you agree to the following studio policies:

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system.

  • We know life can be unpredictable, so our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible. Please let us know if you are running late or will need to cancel/reschedule. Cancellations require at least 12-24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • If you are running late, please notify us. Entry may not be permitted after the class has started.

  • You can cancel your class or appointment online via our booking system, via text or phone call on 0423 925 022.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payment is not required at the time of booking or before the session.

  • We accept online payments, EFTPOS, and direct bank transfers.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind, but rescheduling or credit may be offered at our discretion.

  • Class packs or memberships are non-transferable and have their expiration dates listed on the 'Book Online' tab.

3. Class & Session Etiquette

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to settle in before class.

  • Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing (grip socks may be required for Pilates sessions).

  • Mobile phones must be silenced or turned off during class.

  • Be respectful of other clients and the instructor by maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before the session begins.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your session to protect the health and safety of others.

  • Participation in classes and sessions is at your own risk. If unsure about any exercises, please consult with your instructor.

5. Studio Hygiene & Cleanliness

  • Clients are required to wipe down all equipment after use with the provided sanitiser.

  • Please bring your own towel and water bottle.

  • No shoes are permitted on the studio mats for Pilates and barre classes.

6. Membership & Package Terms

  • All class packs or memberships must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable, but extensions may be granted in cases of illness or injury or for other cases at our discretion.

  • Membership suspensions are only available for medical reasons (or for other cases at our discretion) and must be requested in advance.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Any personal health information shared in the studio remains strictly confidential.

  • We do not share client details with third parties without consent.

8. Respectful Environment

  • Movement Synergy Allied Health is an inclusive space where all women feel supported and empowered.

  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
